365-157 Wally world

Running late again. I’ve seen these skylights on the Wal-Mart roof plenty of times at night and always thought that there may be a shot there. I like repeating patterns. What I didn’t notice before was all of the distractions (wires, vents, lights, HVAC, etc.). So it was tough to get even a little bit of a pattern from my vantage point. I did the best with what I had to work with. While I was there I saw a guy on a forklift stacking some pallets. Woo-hoo… action shot! Both with Pentax K20D and DA55-300.

At first I though you had discovered my supper secret headquarters situated in the pond at the park…I’ve already said too much! I really like the action shot, the driver seems to working at a high rate of pace. Very good shots

I guess the title did catch your attention. The pond, eh?

I started a second job at Walmart this past week and they have quite a few rules about taking images on their property for the employees. I basically decided not to bring my camera to work after reading all of them. Also, they have very specific rules about posting on social media or blogs for their employees as well. You are allowed to do so but there would be problems if you said anything that impacts their business. I guess it all makes sense, but it is a bit of an adjustment working for a company that is litigation conscious in the extreme.

Oh, I meant to say that I like the forklift picture. I don’t drive a forklift anymore but it reminds me of the days when I did (a few jobs ago).
