A grave decision

I have been a little heavy on the black and white lately so I decided some color pics would be nice. And what’s more colorful than flowers? Astute readers may note that there are graves in the photos and are probably thinking, “geesh, is that guy in the cemetery again?” Well, not really. I was in Columbus for a vintage guitar show on Sunday and stopped by an arboretum on the way home. I thought I would try some nature photos and I actually had black and white in mind when I was taking them, since the subject matter was primarily trees. But this small graveyard is a part of the grounds and when I saw the tiger lilies, I instantly liked the contrast of them with the surroundings and that’s why I deliberately didn’t take any closeup photos of the flowers.  Besides they were a bit past their prime. I’m also including a pic I grabbed at the greenhouse on the way out. It’s doesn’t fit with the others, but it does have flowers at least.
