We had a morning rain and since I have some things to do later and won’t be able to go out shooting, I thought I would try some macro shots in my yard using my reversed Super-Takumar lenses. This particular shot was done with my 28mm Tak at around F5.6. Trying to shoot raindrops on grass is a little tricky when you’re hand-holding the camera. Some day, when my life is going a little smoother, I’ll get a proper macro lens and tripod for such close work. I used my K20D’s live-view to focus, or rather move the camera until the subject was in focus, and composition. Awkward to say the least but it worked out in the end! Unfortunately it looks like I’m going to have to start mowing my lawn again real soon :-(.
