OK, I know I said I wouldn’t do any more blossom photos and I certainly didn’t plan on any. I went to try the abstract I mentioned yesterday and I still couldn’t get a good shot. The weather has been so lousy lately – almost constant rain and clouds. I just can’t get a fast enough shutter speed to shoot my abstract by hand, so if it doesn’t get any brighter out I may have to drag out my spindly little “house” tripod. Good thing I parked next to this tree today or I may have had to find something around the house again :-(.

Nice image, nice colors. These are fleeting so catch them when you can.
Yeah the weather has sucked so far this spring. I know there are supposed to be spring showers but I don’t recall it raining this much! As for the blossoms, I know they’re here for a short while but I think they get overdone in photos. It’s tough to get really creative and show something other than a “nice shot of flowers”.
