365-142 Have a seat

County seat that is. I didn’t have much to shoot today. Didn’t really try. So when I was driving through town I thought I would see if there was anything interesting. I liked how the metallic signs on the courthouse doors were almost glowing and, it being Sunday, the streets and sidewalks were deserted.  A simple straightforward shot of the front of the building taken with Pentax K20D and DA17-70. I played around a little with curves and contrast in Photoshop to enhance the textures.  I like the coldness of the steps compared to the warmth of the building and doors.     Well framed and executed! You’re right, there’s an interesting contrast between the steps and the door.
