365-179 I can see clearly

I still feel bad about yesterdays photo. I was in a bad place (mentally) when I shot it and looking back it looks like an awful cellphone photo that folks take on Flickr. I should have attempted something more creative. The thing is, I even saw some potential cool shots while I was at the restaurant but I didn’t take any for some reason.

So I don’t know if todays 365 will make up for it but I think it’s a start in the right direction. There is a small florist shop near a bank that I use the ATM at. The side of the florists building faces the parking area near the bank. It’s an old urban building with old windows. One of the windows has some glass containers in it with pins and such used, I imagine, for the trade. In the afternoon the glass is backlit from the window on the other side of the building and I always liked how it rendered the containers. Shooting into the glass is somewhat difficult because of glare and reflections. I blended in a Topaz Adjust layer to enhance the color and contrast during processing. Pentax K20D, DA 55-300
