365-326 Wet and wild

Wild color that is. Another one of my “shoot through a rainy window” photos. This is a roll of color coded conduit or fiber optic cable at a construction area. I didn’t have to work today because of the rain yet I still ended up taking a construction photo! In this case the “construction site” is a large office/manufacturing/retail/golfing/dining/etc. complex that is always being transformed. I just happened to have a late lunch nearby today. I wasn’t sure what I was going to shoot today because it was so dark and rainy all day. This was shot at ISO 800 with a relatively slow shutter speed  of 1/15th second ( at 4:00 P.M.!) and I think it turned out surprisingly well, considering it was handheld.  Pentax K20D, DA18-135.
