Detail of an old abandoned house…hmm, that seems like a familiar subject. OK, I won’t win any awards for breaking out of my comfort zone today. 😉 But I did like the colors presented here and besides I didn’t feel like running around too much today, I had to fix my furnace. But it’s good now, I’m warm, and this is my 365 shot for today! Pentax K20D, DA18-135.
Pink String and Broken Glass
This is a great photo! Very eerie…love the colors.
Thank you Charlotte
Oh, this is very nice. The silly spray doodles add a sense of motion as do the pointy edges of the glass, pointing into the vanishing point in the dark.
Thank you Neil. I’m not sure what’s beyond the vanishing point but I don’t want to find out either.
I like the pattern the broken glass makes—the photo is so crisp that the glass looks like ice. Great colors too. Is that pink Silly String?
Yes, that’s Silly String. What would make someone spray it on a burned out building is a mystery.
nice one!
Interesting ‘stained’ look to the walls. Great photograph.
Reblogged this on Jono Hodson.
I like it – for all the reasons mentioned above!
I love the creativity of your photos, good job, I love it !
