It was a day in September

I’ve been gradually cleaning my files out over the past week, getting rid of a lot of junk photos that were just taking up space. I do a lot of test shots when I get new gear and after using them for evaluation, they don’t really serve a need any longer, yet I always forget to delete them.

So on occasion I rummage around the hard drives to see what I can get rid of. In doing so I also come across images that I forgot about. Images that I thought were good enough to process a little further but gave up on at the time. Sometimes I wait so long to get around to processing that I end up doing another shoot and start with those new images, totally forgetting about the other ones that I meant to work with.

Either way, it’s a fun way to discover new images.

Here is one that I forgot about. I probably didn’t think it was any good, and maybe it isn’t, but now I think I kind of like it, sort of (not to sound too vague ;-)).
