It starts with the feel

With the warmer temperatures the past few days, it at least feels like spring. Feels is all we have so far, because it still looks like a warm day in February. But I’ll take it. It’s still a step in the right direction.

With a few days off from work and some intermittent remodeling work inside the house aside, I had some free time to take some photos. So I went out, camera at the ready, sun shining brightly, and…….nothing. Zilch. I couldn’t think of a single good place to shoot or any subjects worth shooting that I haven’t shot a million times before.

I’ll be patient for the artistic inspiration to come around again and hopefully the seasons will change, things will start looking better, and I’ll get to take a few photo road trips to get the juices flowing again soon. In the mean time I did manage to find this sign of spring in a wooded area at a local park. It’s not much, a little “greeting cardish“, but at least it’s a start.
