There is something about the brass doors on old city buildings that I like. The patina and warmth of the brass, especially when reflecting the late afternoon light. This door is on a downtown bank. It’s a revolving door on the Trust Building which is one of the older buildings in town. When I stopped at a stoplight and saw the low angled sun shining directly on the door, I had to pull over and grab a few shots. Amazingly I also created my second day in a row of a themed series of photos! Again, it was unintentional. Maybe I should always work that way – unintentional and accidentally. I seem to end up with a better group of photos! All with Pentax K20D, DA 55-300.
