I’m back in Charleston and I got off work a little early because of the rain. So with some extra time I thought I would be able to easily find a photo. At least that’s what I thought. I just didn’t see anything. After driving around a little and checking in to my hotel, I took a drive towards downtown. On the way I took a picture of a goat on a side road and was happy that I finally snapped the shutter. Arriving in the city I then found myself on the banks of the Kanawha River at a slightly different place than I’ve been at before. I thought I would just hang out on the walkway along the river and just look around. Taking my time as the sun set I managed to take a few more photos. Pentax K20D, DA55-300.
River Boats
I spotted an old river pipe crossing sign that was rusty and spray painted which made for some cool abstracts
And with nothing to do with the above photos but since I mentioned it – here is the goat! I wasn’t going to put this up and I did a funky watercolor process on it.
Love the diagonals on the boat reflection pic. Like the shimmery, golden water! Boy, you are really cookin’ with the photos lately!
