I know I did the mid-autumn color post a few days ago but I couldn’t resist one more photo. This big leaf landed on this vine during it’s descent and was backlit by the late afternoon sun. It really glowed and easily caught my eye. Should be one of the last nature photos of any color that I take this year as everything is about dead, unless I get to cram in a vacation sometime.
All the leaves are brown
and the sky is grey
Other than that, that’s about it. I stayed up later than I should have last night watching the Steelers game so I only ended up with about 3.5 hours of sleep before getting up to travel back to Charleston for work. Needless to say, I’m a little exhausted. Until tomorrow. Pentax K20D, DA55-300.
